Return Policy:
Fourteen
days
Feel
free to use our 14-day return policy. You can order about anything, inspect the equipment, and if you are not fully satisfied,
just return it for a full refund less S/H charges. No restocking fee and no questions asked. If accepted, items returned after
14 days are subject to a 15%+ restocking fee.
All
14-day return merchandise must be in unused mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed
within a shipping carton and must include all packaging materials and blank warranty cards.
If
you find it necessary to return an item to us for repair, replacement or refund, send an E-mail to repair_department@divetheabyss.com.
Explain the problem and let us know how you would like us to resolve it (repair, replace, refund or issue a credit toward
other products). We will send you back an E-mail with Return Authorization Number. Include a copy of the E-mail with RA# and
sales invoice in the returned item box. Send it, prepaid and insured, to:

will need the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package before accepting it.
Out of Stock Items:
On
occasion there will be an item out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock” on the web page. This can happen for several
reasons. Inventory count is off; some of the items may be defective and are not discovered until they are ready to ship. We
received an unexpected large order of that item just prior to your order being placed and it wasn’t reflected on the
in stock number on the item page, or they just grew legs and walked out the back door. In this instance our customer service
department will contact you. If you agree we will put it on order for you. These will be marked as B.O. on the Invoice and
will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by E-mailing
us at customer_service@divetheabyss.com. We will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one.
