We collect state sales tax when shipping within the state of Nevada.

 

Return Policy:

 

Fourteen days

 

Feel free to use our 14-day return policy. You can order about anything, inspect the equipment, and if you are not fully satisfied, just return it for a full refund less S/H charges. No restocking fee and no questions asked. If accepted, items returned after 14 days are subject to a 15%+ restocking fee.

 

All 14-day return merchandise must be in unused mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging materials and blank warranty cards.

 

If you find it necessary to return an item to us for repair, replacement or refund, send an E-mail to repair_department@divetheabyss.com. Explain the problem and let us know how you would like us to resolve it (repair, replace, refund or issue a credit toward other products). We will send you back an E-mail with Return Authorization Number. Include a copy of the E-mail with RA# and sales invoice in the returned item box. Send it, prepaid and insured, to:

We will need the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package before accepting it.

 

Out of Stock Items:

 

 

On occasion there will be an item out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock” on the web page. This can happen for several reasons. Inventory count is off; some of the items may be defective and are not discovered until they are ready to ship. We received an unexpected large order of that item just prior to your order being placed and it wasn’t reflected on the in stock number on the item page, or they just grew legs and walked out the back door. In this instance our customer service department will contact you. If you agree we will put it on order for you. These will be marked as B.O. on the Invoice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by E-mailing us at customer_service@divetheabyss.com. We will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one.

Order Status:

 

For inquiries about placed orders or tracking shipments, you may e-mail us at customer_service@divetheabyss.com. Please provide the name, address, and invoice number of the order. There will be a confirmation e-mail sent with tracking number on it. Sometimes these e-mails are rejected by the e-mail filtering system used by the customer. If you don’t receive any notice within four business days please feel free to e-mail us to obtain this information.

Defective Merchandise:

 

If you receive a defective item, please e-mail our Customer Service Department at: customer_service@divetheabyss.com. Please include your invoice number.

 

Order Cancellations:

 

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a full refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been received, call the Customer Service Department. Avail. 8:30 am - 4:30 PM Pacific, Monday - Thursday, at: 702-876-4923. You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges. Special order merchandise is non-cancelable.

 

Privacy Policy:

 

 

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
