Policy:
Orders shipped outside the United States are welcome. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless it is determine that through a mistake on the part of DIVE THE ABYSS
the buyer should receive reimbursement. This determination will be decided at our own discretion.
DIVE THE ABYSS is not responsible for and can
offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, Customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you
and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions.
All merchandise purchased through this site is F.O.B. at our shipping center. Title to the merchandise passes
to you at the time of delivery by the shipping center
to a common carrier. For overnight and UPS Second Day Air service Orders should be placed no later then noon Pacific,
We normally process and ship all orders within 48 hours. If you require faster service, you can phone your order in before
noon (Pacific Standard Time) and specify RUSH SERVICE. We'll get it out the same day at an additional charge of $5.00 plus
the extra cost of the expedited shipping service you require.
In case for some reason part of your purchase is on back order or missing DIVE THE ABYSS will pay postage
charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one.
Damaged
in Delivery:
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage especially if the package is
partially crushed, torn, or damaged in any other way. DIVE
THE ABYSS uses the highest quality packaging boxes
and packing materials to try to prevent shipping damage. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing,
please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps:
United Parcel Service (UPS) -- Quickly contact your local UPS office for a Damage Inspection report. Please
request that UPS return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay processing.
Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number issued to you by UPS and we’ll arrange for reorder,
credit, or a refund.
